Eddie & Vinny’s Brings a New Era of Coastal Italian Dining to Coral Springs

Coral Springs has officially welcomed the grand opening of Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian, a reimagined version of the former local favorite, Tavolino Della Notte. Led by Edward “Eddie” Pazzouli, son of the original owner, this exciting new chapter celebrates both family legacy and culinary innovation. Located in The Shoppes at Heron Lakes, Eddie & Vinny’s brings a fresh take on traditional Italian cuisine, infused with coastal inspiration and modern charm.

In their recent writeup, Community Newspapers details how Eddie & Vinny’s is more than just a restaurant—it’s a tribute to community, tradition, and reinvention. The restaurant features an updated, coastal-inspired menu, an open-concept kitchen, and an inviting atmosphere designed to bring people together. As Eddie put it, “Our food reflects our culture and family heritage. It’s an homage to the original Tavolino, but with new energy and creativity.”

At Cannatelli Builders, we’re proud to have played a major role in this journey. Years ago, we helped build the original Tavolino restaurant—and now, we’ve had the honor of bringing that space back to life in a completely new way. The remodel of Eddie & Vinny’s focused on clean lines, open sightlines, and a bright, welcoming design that complements the new culinary direction while paying respect to the restaurant’s roots.

From assisting in the buildout to watching the ribbon-cutting on March 17, 2025, our team is excited to support the Pazzouli family as they reintroduce their legacy to the Coral Springs community.
