I would strongly recommend Cannatelli Builders to anyone looking for a builder. Ed Cannatelli completed the work contracted for earlier than expected and under the budget, we had set for the project. Even after the renovations were completed, his staff has returned on occasion to our unit to follow up on several punch list items. All in all, working with Cannatelli Builders has been a most pleasant experience.
We want to thank you for the fine job you and your men did in rebuilding our home. I know we bothered you a lot, but no one in your organization complained. After all we live in that same home for 33 years and never had a bit of prior damage. The home looks better now than it did when it was new. It’s been a year (already!) since our project concluded and the house came out spectacularly well. In fact, we regularly get people at the door asking if we want to sell.
The Lake Worth Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) was awarded just over $23M from the Department of Housing and Urban Development in 2013. These funds were awarded to the Agency and our partners to assist with the building of over 100 new affordable residential units in the City of Lake Worth. One of our main development partners was Cannatelli Builders. By working with Edward Cannatelli and his competent staff, we were able to produce 12 live/work artist lofts near our downtown area. Cannatelli Builders was also responsible for the building of several single-family homes throughout the targeted area. The project, which had a three-year time frame for completion, could not have been accomplished without the dedication to excellence and efficiency that Cannatelli Builders brought to the project. We have many, satisfied new homeowners within our area that continue to thrive and the taxable value of the area has grown substantially. The owner, Edward Cannatelli, was always easily accessible and quick to remedy any perceived or real issues.
