
Project Manager
During his thirty-plus years of professional experience in both Commercial and Residential construction, Jim has achieved success by building loyal long-term relationships built upon collaboration, partnerships, and integrity. He has a sincere passion for delivering value and benefits to clients. Jim has earned his A.S. in Architectural Engineering, A.S. in Business and B.S. in Organizational Leadership (cum laude). He also completed his MBA with a minor in Healthcare Management. Jim joined Cannatelli Builders in after a diverse career including working previously as Advanced Senior Project Manager for Marathon Oil Company where his work garnered multiple Achieving Company Excellence (ACE) awards as well as the distinction of being one of a select few Marathon Red Wagon Award recipients. Jim’s work with fuel quality has also earned him multiple U.S. patents for intellectual property. When not working, Jim gives of his personal time, serving as Executive Director of the World Wide Hispanic Outreach which provides professional guidance and oversight to personnel providing healthcare, dental care, and financial assistance in Mexico, Central America, and South America as well as volunteering with The American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity and Rotary Club.
