Edward Cannatelli is the Founder/Chairman and a successful veteran of real estate development and construction for over 30 years with project value exceeding millions of dollars. He has successfully built a boutique design construction management firm while delivering exceptional results to both the client and shareholders. He works closely with the CEO of the firm in maintaining and growing the company as it continues to enjoy annual growth. While handling financial and business development and client relationships for the firm he also maintains his pulse on the overall project management process and direction of the company. He has received numerous industry awards for the exceptional work he has completed and commands a strong industry standard for excellence.

Frank Pesce, CEO & Development Managing Partner – Frank is a 35 year veteran with a proven successful track record in business administration, development and finance within the real estate development industry representing over a half billion dollars in completed projects and transactions both in the commercial and residential sector. He has held the posts of executive vice president of development and construction for a regional residential developer and with financial funds administration for development representation to developers. His project experience includes master planned luxury residential communities, large estate residences, mid and high rise condos. The commercial sector includes shopping centers and outparcels, theaters, malls, class A office buildings and hotels. Lastly he has been associated with the high end retail / restaurant sector representing such clients like Gucci, Kate Spade, Bulgari, Tommy Bahamas, Blaze Pizza, Starbucks and Benihana.

As CEO of Cannatelli builders he is instrumental in working closely with the founder in the present and future direction of the company including expanding its role further into development work and joint ventures while building a larger infrastructure. Frank is also the managing partner of Cannatelli developers where his role also includes land /asset acquisition and development and joint ventures. He is responsible for developing business and accounting systems to further support the additional growth as well as financial strategies with lending institutions and partnerships. Frank is a hands on solution result driven administrator bringing greater value to the shareholders while driving home client relationships that have followed him over 35 years.

Tony Rodriguez, CFO –Tony is a certified CPA and 40 year veteran of controller and CFO positions. Tony is involved in all company aspects as it relates to financial management forecasting modeling and planning. He works closely with both The Chairman and CEO of the firm to ensure complete and flawless transition of proper accounting procedures and operations. His duties include accounting, finance, policies, technology and procedures. His broad experience spans across the globe from international public and private companies and various industries including residential and commercial development and acquisition, hotels, luxury yachts and industrial.

Operating Team

Jim Smith, Director of Construction – Contributing over three decades of both commercial and residential construction knowledge and expertise, Jim oversees all construction activity for Cannatelli builders including all construction, project management and accounting for teams that are assigned to the project. He directs all aspects of the site review , existing conditions and construction phases, including contract scopes, scheduling, logistics, cost control, implementation and quality control. On every project Jim’s hands on approach and execution along with the ability to problem solve assure the highest level of quality control while maintaining both project schedule and budgets. Jim has received numerous awards for his work ethics and excellence resulting in a superior level of client acceptance and industry standards.

Sue Fowler, Office Administrator – Sue is the office manager overseeing all aspects of project coordination, permitting and document monitoring on all residential and commercial developments. Sue has also is responsible for all aspects of Cannatelli Builder’s financial matters, specifically the coordination and management of the team that handles projects related financial issues. It is under her careful guidance that Cannatelli Builders controls and protects the client’s financial interests. Sue’s fastidious nature provides an exacting foundation for maintaining tight budgetary controls of the project from estimating thru warranty.

Angel Rivera, Pre-construction Manager – Angel is a 13 year professional in the design and build industry leading the Pre-Construction Department. He oversees all new projects brought to the office; creates detailed estimates, scopes of works, provides value engineering and helps with purchasing. He has experienced with public bidding as well as commercial and residential projects, leading teams to win remarkable projects. He delivers ongoing value to he firm as well as their clients.

Kyle Nader, Project Coordination – Kyle works closely with in supporting the pre-construction department. He manages all details of a construction project, including contracts, scheduling, logistics, pricing, implementation and quality control. On every project, Kyle’s involvement assures the highest level of quality control while maintaining both project schedules and budgets.
