Jim Smith, Director of Construction – Contributing over three decades of both commercial and residential construction knowledge and expertise, Jim oversees all construction activity for Cannatelli builders including all construction, project management and accounting for teams that are assigned to the project. He directs all aspects of the site review , existing conditions and construction phases, including contract scopes, scheduling, logistics, cost control, implementation and quality control. On every project Jim’s hands on approach and execution along with the ability to problem solve assure the highest level of quality control while maintaining both project schedule and budgets. Jim has received numerous awards for his work ethics and excellence resulting in a superior level of client acceptance and industry standards.
Sue Fowler, Office Administrator – Sue is the office manager overseeing all aspects of project coordination, permitting and document monitoring on all residential and commercial developments. Sue has also is responsible for all aspects of Cannatelli Builder’s financial matters, specifically the coordination and management of the team that handles projects related financial issues. It is under her careful guidance that Cannatelli Builders controls and protects the client’s financial interests. Sue’s fastidious nature provides an exacting foundation for maintaining tight budgetary controls of the project from estimating thru warranty.
Roger Cordoba, Pre-construction Manager – Roger is a 35 year industry veteran responsible, as department head, for all Cannatelli pre-construction activities and client services including pre-con meetings, estimating, design value engineering, site evaluation, purchasing and all vendor- supplier relationships. Roger delivers full scopes of work for both owners and the trades, working closely together in coordination with architects, engineer agencies, landlords and owner representatives. He is versatile and an analytical thinker on all types of designs including residential, commercial and industrial projects. His ability to instinctively know values and costs comes from his vast experience. He delivers ongoing value to the firm as well as their clients.
Kyle Nader, Project Coordination – Kyle works closely with in supporting the pre-construction department. He manages all details of a construction project, including contracts, scheduling, logistics, pricing, implementation and quality control. On every project, Kyle’s involvement assures the highest level of quality control while maintaining both project schedules and budgets.
